DJFIX

djfix is a Brooklyn-based DJ and producer and co-founder of Earth Dog Records. His sound moves between swung hi-hats, dirty grooves, and lush pads, balancing dancefloor functionality with a strong personal identity.

Over the past few years, he has played across the U.S. and Europe, with appearances at The Mudd Show in Berlin, Pause in London, Pacific Northwest renegades, and Brooklyn’s DIY scene, alongside an upcoming tour in Australia with Jek.

As a producer, he has released four records on Earth Dog, with Seed Cycle standing out as a breakout release that echoed through the 2025 festival circuit. His tracks are defined by heavy basslines, dense and distorted percussion, and driving grooves.

In 2025, he debuted a live set with Jek, marking a new chapter for Earth Dog. The recording is set for release on Kalahari Oyster Cult’s ‘The Sizeable Mix’ series.

Recent releases on Pure Space (AUS) and Lagunas (Milan), alongside an upcoming release on Earth Dog (NYC), reflect their ongoing collaboration, while 2026 will see solo material land on Craigie Knowes and more.

JEK

Jek, aka Jack Anderson, is a Brooklyn-based DJ, producer, visual artist, and founder of Earth Dog Records and its underground party series. Known for his off-kilter, hypnotic blend of psychedelic, prog-tinged house and techno, he holds regular slots at NYC staples including Basement, Nowadays, and Bossa Nova Civic Club, and is a fixture of the city’s DIY scene.

Internationally, his sound has reached audiences through tours across Berlin, Tbilisi, Prague, Helsinki, Dublin, and London, alongside a standout performance at Sustain Release 2024. Rooted in a fluid, intuitive approach that merges old-school and new-school influences, Jek’s music is inspired by the deep, rolling energy of outdoor parties, drawing from early tech house, progressive sounds, and the fractured psychedelia of early morning dancefloors.

This ethos is evident in his 2024 solo release Beetle Beat, as well as his collaborations with Earth Dog co-founder djfix on Grass Whistle (2024) and Planatek (2025), with recent releases on Lagunas and Pure Space. His mix work is central to his practice, with highlights including his Sustain Release 2024 set, The Mudd Show, contributions to the Harmony Records and Hessle Audio podcast series, and ongoing sessions on The Lot Radio.
